Sun Capital Partners and Deva Capital have set up an investment platform with £250m of equity to invest in UK private equity real estate opportunities. The platform has a targeted two-year investment period with flexibility in terms of asset classes and can invest across the capital structure. Sun Capital Partners will be managing the vehicle.
